Export vocabulary
Export selected words or a complete document as CSV.
Open Document > Export > CSV File to export the complete document. From a word list, select entries and choose Export to export only those words.
Choose a comma, tab, or semicolon separator. You can optionally include lesson names and comments. The exported columns are:
- source text;
- target text;
- lesson name, when enabled; and
- comment, when enabled.
On iPhone and iPad, the system share sheet lets you save or send the resulting CSV. On Mac, choose a destination in the save panel.
The Mac version can also export a Study Archive from the File menu for compatible study software.
CSV exports text and optional lesson/comment metadata. Images, audio, labels, difficulty, and history remain in the native .pvoc document.
