Translate release notes

Translate What’s New and promotional text on device or with DeepL.

Releaser translates What’s New and promotional text into every localization your app already has.

1. In a workspace, select the versions you are preparing and open What’s New or Promotional.
2. Choose Translate.
3. Pick the source language, choose a suggestion or enter your text, and select the languages to translate to.
4. Choose Translate, review every result, and upload the texts when you’re ready.

Choose a translation method

Open Releaser’s settings and choose Translation. Under Method, choose:

• On Device to use Apple’s translation on your Mac. Your text stays on your Mac.
• DeepL to use your own DeepL API key. Enter the key under DeepL API Key and choose Save. Releaser stores it in the Keychain, and the text you translate is sent to DeepL.
