The Social Address Book is your address book of your contacts in all social networks.

Browse your contacts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing, Google Contacts, Soundcloud or Foursquare as if they are in your local address book.

Getting Started…

You started the app … what next?

The app starts with contacts from your local address book.

You can add your social networks by clicking the + button in the lower left corner.

Authentication

To access the contacts of a social network you have to login to that network using your credentials.

The Social Address Book opens a window containing a small web view that shows the login screen of the chosen network.

Your username and password are not stored by The Social Addressbook! Only a token provided by the social network is stored safely in the Keystore of OS X.

Browse Your Contacts

After you logged in to a network your contacts get loaded to your computer. (Note that only the names are stored for performance)

Clicking on a contact loads the details of that contact. Those get not stored on your mac.

Please note that the amount of information available may be limited by some networks! (such as eMail, etc.)

Add Selected Contacts To Address Book

Contacts from Facebook, LinkedIn and Xing can be added to your local address book with a single click on the button in the image on the left.
